Delivery Information

We will aim to process your order and ship as soon as possible - typically within 2-3 days. Some orders may take a little longer but we would expect to despatch the items to you within a maximum of 15 working days.

Shipment within the UK is normally via Royal Mail 2nd class post (which keeps costs to a minimum) and typically takes 2-4 working days from your order shipped e-mail. If you require your delivery sooner or would like signed for delivery - please contact us and we can quote a revised postage charge

On occasion your item(s) may be temporarily out of stock whilst we wait for delivery from our suppliers. Should your item(s) be unavailable and a significant delay anticipated, we will contact you and offer you the choice of waiting or amending/cancelling the order for that item.

UK Shipping costs:

For orders up to £70 delivery £3.50
For orders over £70 delivery free

For orders from local customers (within a 20 mile radius of Great Chesterford Near Saffron Walden, Essex) delivery/collection is free.  Please contact us for a free shipping coupon code.

Moltex Oko nappies, Tots Bots Potion, Kari Me Baby Carriers and Ergo Baby Carriers are currently only available to local customers. Delivery of these products is also free of charge.

Orders are currently only accepted automatically for delivery to UK addresses.

We are unable to ship BumGenius, Motherease and Tots Bots reusable cloth nappies outside of the UK due to limitations within our distributor agreements. If you are ordering other products from outside of the UK please contact us and we will manually process your order for you.  We are unable to ship to North America and Canada.

Postage charges for non-UK addresses will be calculated based on weight and the cost will be quoted on contact with us.

 

Payment Information

We accept credit and debit card payment in £ Sterling securely via HSBC or via PayPal our payment providers

We also accept payment by UK Sterling cheque or locally in cash. Items may not be despatched until cheques are cleared which may take 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. Please do not send cash through the post.

At the moment we are only able to process orders automatically from mainland UK due to restrictions imposed by some of our distributors. For destinations outside of the UK please contact us before placing your order.
