Delivery Information

We will aim to process your order and ship as soon as possible - typically within 2-3 days. Some orders may take a little longer but we would expect to despatch the items to you within a maximum of 15 working days. We will always send a shipping confirmation email and if a delay is anticipated will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipment within the UK is normally via Royal Mail 2nd class post (which keeps costs to a minimum) and typically takes 2-4 working days from your order shipped e-mail. If you require your delivery sooner or would like signed for delivery - please contact us and we can quote a revised postage charge.  If you are based outside the UK please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the postage charge for your order based on weight.

On occasion your item(s) may be temporarily out of stock whilst we wait for delivery from our suppliers. Should your item(s) be unavailable and a significant delay anticipated, we will contact you and offer you the choice of waiting or amending/cancelling the order for that item.

UK Shipping costs:

For online orders delivery is £2.95

For orders from local customers (within a 20 mile radius of Great Chesterford near Saffron Walden, Essex) delivery/collection is free. Please enter the code LOCAL in the coupon/gift certificate box at checkout and click on apply changes and free delivery will be applied.

As mentioned above we are unable to ship BumGenius, Motherease and Tots Bots reusable cloth nappies outside of the UK due to limitations within our distributor agreements.   We are unable to ship outside the UK.

Postage charges for non-UK addresses will be calculated based on weight.  For shipment outside of the UK please contact us in advance of order placement and we will confirm the postage fee for your good.

Payment Information

We accept credit and debit card payment in £ Sterling securely via PayPal our payment provider. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit or debit card - there will be an option to pay by card.

We also accept payment by UK Sterling cheque or locally in cash. Items may not be despatched until cheques are cleared which may take 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. Please do not send cash through the post.

Due to restrictions imposed by some of our distributors we recommend that customers outside of the UK contact us before placing their order.
