Denbighshire and Flintshire Real Nappy Schemes

The Denbighshire County Council Real Nappy Incentive Scheme has now been extended to include Flintshire County Council and offers vouchers worth up to £75 to be used in part-payment for the purchase of reusable nappies or cloth nappy accessories from approved nappy retailers including Green Jelly.

To qualify:

- You and your child must live in Denbighshire or Flintshire
- Your child must be aged between 0 and 18 months

- You will receive vouchers worth £25 each for use when your baby is aged 0-3 months, 4-9 months and 10-18 months old nappies 
- You can (with prior approval) use all 3 vouchers (total £75) together to purchase a birth to potty pack

A copy of your child's birth certificate or your MAT B1 if you are pregnant should be submitted to the council along with two recent utility bills or your Council Tax demand.

How to obtain and redeem your vouchers

1.  Complete and send off the form on the Denbighshire County Council webpage with the relevant documents

2.  Applications meeting the criteria will be issued with a voucher with unique ID number.

3.  Place a reusable cloth nappy order at Green Jelly either by telephone, e-mail or online. Select the 'Pay by cheque/off line, Denbighshire/Flintshire/Bristol Voucher' option and enter your Denbighshire/Flintshire nappy voucher number and council details at checkout. Please note we cannot send your order until we receive your voucher in the post

4.  Send your nappy voucher and your order number to Green Jelly, 1 Kings Granary, Newmarket Road, Great Chesterford, Essex CB10 1PE.

5.  If you would like to pay for any difference between the washable nappy order value and your voucher by cheque please enclose it with your voucher made payable to Green Jelly. If you would like to pay by PayPal, credit or debit card please note this with your order no. and we will contact you on receipt of your voucher.

6.  Once we have received your valid Denbighshire or Flintshire voucher and any payment due we will ship your washable nappy/accessories order to you.

Terms & conditions

- Denbighshire & Flintshire Real Nappy vouchers have a unique reference no. and must apply to you
- The voucher value is clearly shown
- Real Nappy vouchers are directly redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher. We will not release the order prior to receiving voucher in the post
- The voucher can only be redeemed for reusable cloth nappies and reasonably associated washable nappy sundries such as nappy wraps, nappy nippas and nappy liners
- Denbighshire & Flintshire Real Nappy vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).
- No cash change can be given on exchange of the voucher
