Bristol City Council Real Nappy Scheme

The Bristol City Council Reusable Nappy Incentive Scheme offers a voucher worth up £30 when you spend £50 or more on reusable nappies or cloth nappy accessories from approved nappy retailers including Green Jelly.

To qualify:

- You must be a resident of Bristol
- Make only one application per child
- You baby must be less than 12 months old when purchasing
- You must spend £50 or more in a single transaction

How to obtain and redeem your vouchers

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM 1ST NOVEMBER 2011 BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL HAVE TERMINATED THEIR VOUCHER SCHEME.  RESIDENTS HAVE UNTIL 1 JANUARY 2012 TO REDEEM VOUCHERS ALREADY ISSUED

1.  Complete and send off the reusable nappy application form on the Bristol City Council webpage with the relevant documents

2.  Applications meeting the criteria will be issued with a voucher with unique ID number.

3.  Place a reusable cloth nappy order of £50 or more at Green Jelly either by telephone, e-mail or online. Select the 'Pay by cheque/off line, Denbighshire/Flintshire/Bristol Voucher' option and enter your Bristol nappy voucher number in the information box.  Please note we cannot send your order until we receive your voucher in the post

4.  Send your nappy voucher and your order number to Green Jelly, 1 Kings Granary, Newmarket Road, Great Chesterford, Essex CB10 1PE.

5.  To pay for any difference between the washable nappy order value and your voucher by cheque please enclose it with your voucher made payable to Green Jelly. If you would like to pay by PayPal, credit or debit card please note this with your order no. and we will contact you on receipt of your voucher.

6.  Once we have received your valid Bristol City Council reusable nappy voucher and payment due we will ship your washable nappy/accessories order to you.

Terms & conditions

- Bristol City Council Reusable Nappy vouchers have a unique reference no. and must apply to you
- The voucher value is clearly shown
- Real Nappy vouchers are directly redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher. We will not release the order prior to receiving voucher in the post
- The voucher can only be redeemed for reusable cloth nappies and reasonably associated washable nappy sundries such as nappy wraps, nappy nippas and nappy liners
- Bristol City Council Real Nappy vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).
- No cash change can be given on exchange of the voucher
